✈️ Do You Ship Internationally?

Yes — worldwide, with a phytosanitary certificate included. Our main markets are the USA, Europe, China and the Middle East. Transit typically takes 4–7 days by express courier.

? Do I Need an Import Permit?

It depends on your country. Many destinations require none, while others — for example, Australia, New Zealand and some EU members — have specific rules. Email natorylabs@gmail.com if you are unsure.

? Are the Plants Bare-Root?

Yes. To comply with export regulations, plants ship bare-root or with a minimal sterile medium.
