🪴🌻How to transplanting & caring Plant Tissue Cultuer 🪴🌻

1. Open the flask in a shaded cool and most importantly clean environment
2. Carefully remove the plants and rinse of the gel remaining on the root.
It's important that this is remove, as it well encourage fungal growth once exposed
to non-sterile condition.
3. Soak the plants for 5-10 min
chemical usage rate
- Physan 20, Carben dazim 2-3 ml/L
- Captan 2-3 g/L
- Betadine 2-3 drops/L
4. Soak peat moss in hot water for 5-10 min, next squeeze the juice out of peat moss
completely.
5. Input peat moss in the plant pot. then the plants input a plant pot and make it
beautiful
6. Water the plants ***Do not water the plants excessively, as this will cause root rot.
7. Use plastic bag and zipper bag or clear plastic box, for greenhouse rest time
3-4 weeks
